Names like Puducherry, Rajasthan, Mangalore, Uttar Pradesh and the like should become something familiar some time next year, maybe if all goes as planned. And I shall be able to spout Tamil, Hindi and Kannanda effortlessly then!!!=) (yeah right).
Again, if all goes as ‘scheduled’. I’m not depressed or anything, but I just have been thinking and observing that so many times we plan plan plan, think think think and envision, but we don’t know what happens and suddenly something happens that changes everything, a sickness of a loved one, or a tumour, or Hepatitis B for a pre-med student that changes everything, or a rejected uni application.
Sometime next year, some of us would be in:-
Charles’ Uni, Prague! Its looks so darn beautiful!=)
University of Warsaw, Poland- one of the oldest unis in Central Europe, I’ve read.
Or India and the countless uni-s JPA would place us there.
KLE Uni- which is cold by India standards. 0.o
India-bound students are different in that we don’t do our own applications and we don’t really know where we are going till JPA tells us two to three months before leaving. So its pretty uncertain where I will be next year. Seeing the seniors get their placements makes me wonder too, where will I be.
For now, AS!
"Show me, O LORD, my life's end
and the number of my days;
let me know how fleeting is my life.
You have made my days a mere handbreadth;
the span of my years is as nothing before you.
Each man's life is but a breath.
Man is a mere phantom as he goes to and fro:
He bustles about, but only in vain;
He heaps up wealth, not knowing who will get it.
"But now, Lord, what do I look for?
My hope is in you.”
-Psalms 39:4-7-
